Answer to Question 1

One of these factors is to help families build a close bond with their children. Teachers can model responsive care and help families to better understand their children's needs. Early childhood education environments can provide knowledge of effective parenting and offer strategies for through workshops, newsletters, and support groups. Early childhood education environments can help parents to be more resilient by helping them to recognize stress and offering coping skills through many forms of communication. Teachers can also help families to forge social connections with other families in care.

Answer to Question 2

The first priority is to value diversity. Once that is done, a teacher should examine his or her own cultural background, attitudes, beliefs, and guidelines for behavior. This will help to bring down any barriers and to understand any personal bias. The teacher should then focus on personal interaction, understanding family actions, and integrating diversity into the early childhood education environment.
