Answer to Question 1

Negative communication can result from poor communication skills. In addition, communication can be used to manipulate feelings, convey falsehoods, hide information, or degrade the other person or relationship. Such communication can be used to destroy a relationship.

Answer to Question 2

Children in dual-career families tend to be more egalitarian and more likely to have a dual-career family. As a result of these attitudes, the number of dual-career families should continue to increase.
