Answer to Question 1

ANSWER:
Licensing is controlled by government whereas accreditation is voluntary and is managed by professional organizations; accreditation standards exceed licensings minimum standards.

Answer to Question 2

ANSWER:
Licensing relates to minimal standards whereas accreditation requires higher standards.
