After extensive workup, a benign neoplasm of the liver was felt to be responsible for the patient's symptoms. She has opted to proceed with surgical removal of the neoplasm. She will schedule surgery with my office.

Mrs. Jackson is a 79-year-old female with a 120-pack-year history of smoking cigarettes. She presented with coughing and chest fullness on her initial exam. A full workup revealed a secondary malignant neoplasm involving the lower lobe of the lung.
