She notices it more when she is driving the car. The patient denies any trauma. She recently started a new job. She denies any sense of weakness. No bowel or bladder habit changes. She is not allergic to any medications. She has a history of diabetes and takes glucose tablets. She smokes two packs of cigarettes a day and drinks alcohol occasionally. ____________________
