Answer 2

The indirect impact refers to the events following the initial spending infusion when the receiving unit must re-supply itself through the partial use of its receipts toward purchases from its vendors, who, in turn, must reorder from its own suppliers. Spending becomes someone's income, which is spent again and again. The induced effect provides a measure of the impact of the higher income levels among workers and the recipients of their spending who turn around and spend what they receive on what they need and so on through subsequent income receivers and spenders.
