Answer to Question 1

Body image  perception of one's physical appearance
Body satisfaction  degree to which an individual is happy or comfortable with their physical appearance
Body dissatisfaction  degree to which an individual is unhappy or uncomfortable with their physical appearance
All of these factors change over time with more dissatisfaction noted during early adolescence (a peak time when eating disorders begin to develop)
Body satisfaction varies by gender, age, and culture
All three factors interact and can be disordered, leading to eating disorders
