Cytomegalovirus affects nearly the same amount of newborns every year as Down syndrome.

Heroin has a slight affinity for opiate receptors. Most of its actions are due to metabolism to active metabolites (6-acetylmorphine, morphine, and morphine-6-glucuronide).
