Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

Regardless of whether or not anxiety accompanies the behaviors, there appears to be reasonable evidence to suggest a clustering of disorders that include the two core features of intrusive thoughts and repetitive behavior. This new grouping would include autism, body dysmorphic disorder, gambling, and hair-pulling, to name a few.
