Your friend Woody is obsessed with getting good grades. He is working very hard to get A's in all of his classes. Based on your study of psychology and sleep, what do you recommend that Woody do to help his grades?
◦ Tell him sleep deprivation is OK, as long as it is for less than one week, so it is okay to stay up all night cramming for a test.
◦ Tell him that research shows that getting enough sleep and getting quality sleep are predictors of good grades.
◦ Tell him that research shows that a mild case of sleep deprivation is helpful in consolidating memories, as needed for studying.
◦ Tell him that research shows that while sleep is important, it is much more important for him to eat well and not focus so much on sleep.
