Sheldon, Maurice, Judd, and Cisco all competed in a 500-meter race. Among the many runners, Sheldon and Maurice finished in the top two spots, whereas Judd and Cisco finished in the last two spots. "The wind was at my back," Sheldon later said. "I think I got lucky," Maurice remarked. "My shoes were too tight," Judd explained. "I didn't give enough effort," Cisco announced.
