Edna has been diagnosed with an eating disorder, but she's not very motivated to seek or maintain treatment for it. This past year, Edna joined the track team in high school. Her coach told her she could likely be one of their star long distance runners if she just "lost a few pounds." What kind of cause is contributing to Edna's disorder?
