Prioritize, follow the Pareto principle, set boundaries, manage technostresss, and delegate when feasible and appropriate. Use assertiveness to say no more often to reduce piling on of new tasks. Remember, the idea is to work more efficiently rather than harder.

Use anger management strategies such as taking responsibility, humor, examining intentions, practicing deep breathing and relaxation exercises, taking time-outs, challenging anger-building cognitions, empathizing, being assertive, and practicing forgiveness.
