Workplace discrimination refers to workers receiving adverse employment opportunities because of their identity group's characteristics.

Answer to Question 2

Workplace harassment refers to hostile behaviors directed toward workers by other employees because of the target persons' identity group characteristics such as age, gender, national origin, race, religion, disabilities, or sexual orientation.
