Use MyPlate.
Eat breakfast.
Keep handy low-calorie, low-fat snacks.
Have seconds on vegetables, not main entrees.
Reduce fat from diet.

Less access to information about nutrition and health.

Less access to the fitness facilities in a community.
Less time and income to participate in organized fitness programs.
Often turn to food as way of coping with stresses of poverty.
