Answer to Question 1

Never hold your breath during exercise. Always use extreme care (slow movements with no pain noticeable) when
performing exion and extension of the neck, knees, and spine. Also avoid a full range of movement in any loose
joints.

Answer to Question 2

The frequency of stretching should be 2-5 days per week. The duration should be approximately 10-30 minutes per
day, and the intensity should be 20-30 seconds per stretch for approximately three stretches
