The final four muscle group set involves (1) the arms and hand, (2) face and neck, (3) shoulders, chest, back, and abdomen, and (4) the legs and feet.

What they all have in common is the strategy of tensing muscle groups and releasing the tension to achieve a deep relaxation state.
