MGUS: low level of monoclonal protein produced without the presence of an underlying neoplasm.
Waldenstrm's macroglobulinemia: Proliferating cell lines: lymphocytes, plasma cells, and lymphoid cells; immunoglobulin produced: IgM.

M spike in serum or urine
Clonal plasma cells in bone marrow
