Organizational behavior is studied for the ability to use its tools to understand behavior in organizations. In addition, one may learn how to use and apply these concepts so that individuals, groups, and the organization can better achieve their goals. While a working knowledge of organizational behavior is important to employees at all levels, this knowledge is especially important to managers.
