Answer to Question 1

1) Decrease in pain intensity when relaxation techniques were applied to musculoskeletal pain.
2) Decrease in anxiety, depression, and fatigue among patients with fibromyalgia
3) Increase in mobility, balance, and coordination
4) Increase in sense of personal control
5) Decrease in medication and health costs

Answer to Question 2

Use of drugs to put people to sleep and eliminate pain.
