1) Enjoyment: exercising just because someone says it is good for health can cause more stress than it relieves. Make sure to select activities you enjoy.

2) Convenience: cost and time barriers can prevent people from participating in certain exercise programs. Choose activities which have fewer barriers and you will be more likely to exercise.

3) Social support: some people like to exercise alone, but combining exercise with a social activity ensures you will enjoy and stick with it.
