What should teachers do when students are unable to complete the requisite behavior specified in the contingency?
 
  a. set the initial criteria to a minimum standard
  b. omit students from the contingency who cannot perform the behavior
  c. use high levels of social reinforcement to encourage less competent students to do better
  d. average the scores for the group so that students who do poorly will not be penalized
