Answer to Question 1

Tofu: Ca, Mg, and P. Legumes, lentils, and chick peas: carbohydrate, K, P, and protein.
Soy milk: protein, high K and Na.

Answer to Question 2

IBW = 5'2 = 100 + 10 = 110 + 10

 IBW = actual wt/IBW = 98/110 = 89
