Experienced managers know that the number one complaint in the food service industry is not poor food quality, but rather poor service quality. Because this is true training employees to deliver high-quality service is an exceptionally important part of each restaurant manager's job. Regardless of how good a restaurant's food may, be poor quality customer service works against the building of customer loyalty and the development of repeat business.

Whiskey refers to bourbon and Irish and Tennessee whiskey. Whisky refers to Scotch and Canadian whisky
