The three arenas of community nutrition practices are people, policy, and programs. Policy is a course of action chose by public authorities to address a given problem. Programs are based on the needs identified by policy. Within the policy, target audiences (people) who have the greatest need for the programming are identified.

Answer to Question 2

Those objectives related to breastfeeding, healthy pregnancies, and the health and well-being of children, and perhaps those related to health disparities among low-income families.
