The baronial letterhead can be used in a social-business letter format. Business stationery
measures 7  10 inches (monarch) or 5  8 inches (baronial). Many people consider
these sizes especially fitting for executive correspondence.

A public relations letter would best help the bank convey this message. A public relations
specialist tries to win friends and customers when faced with the opportunity to congratulate
someone for a special achievement.
