Answer to Question 1

C
A complete problem statement/nursing diagnosis must have a NANDA stem, etiology, and signs and symptoms (etiology) of the problem.

Answer to Question 2

Hypostatic pneumonia is related to inadequate aeration of the lungs seen frequently with immobile patients. Streptococcus pneumoniae is the most common causative organism for bac-terial pneumonia in the general population. Atypical pneumonia refers to pneumonia that does not present with the typical symptoms of pneumonia.
