1. Stress incontinence involves the loss of small amounts of urine when intra-abdominal pressure increases, as with sneezing or coughing. The pads help to keep undergarments dry.
2. A bedside commode would help with urge incontinence.
3. Catheterization for residual urine would help with functional incontinence.
4. Toileting every 2 hours would help with overflow incontinence.
