Answer to Question 1

With a differentiation strategy, a business tries to find an area where it can be unique in comparison to competitors. For example, it could produce a higher-quality product, have a strong brand image, offer greater service, or perform additional aspects related to product design and delivery. The international auto industry offers an example of a differentiation strategy. High levels of competition have forced auto manufacturers to produce high-quality products with better features and benefits.

Answer to Question 2

Gender empowerment is the measurement of the participation of women in legislatures, in higher positions in public and private employment, and in academic and technical work. It also measures estimated income.
