Which of the following statements about a foreign sales agreement is false?
 a. In general, distribution agreements should be for a specified, relatively short period.
 b. The initial contract with a new distributor should stipulate a trial period of either three or six months.
 c. The contract with a new distributor should possibly have maximum purchase requirements.
 d. Duration should be determined with an eye on the local laws and their stipulations on distributor agreements.
