Answer to Question 1

sport bars and sport drinks; they should be used in moderation because they usually contain high amounts of sugar

Answer to Question 2

It contains instructions for care when a head injury is suspected, so that the athlete or his parents can provide appropriate care. This form legally protects the athletic trainer in the event of a lawsuit by providing written precautions and instructions for proper care to the athlete and family.
