Answer to Question 1

False

Answer to Question 2

The external and internal practitioners are elements. The client contact or sponsor within the organization is another element. Other elements include the OD program goals and the client target(s). Encompassing all of these elements is the culture and climate of the organization which is the objective of the change program.
