Answer to Question 1

Informational, interactive, transactional, and collaborative are four classifications. An informational Web site does little more than provide information about the business and its products and services. An interactive Web site provides opportunities for the customers and the business to communicate and share information. A transactional Web site sells products and services. A collaborative Web site allows business partners to collaborate.

Answer to Question 2

Webstore, portal, e-procurement, auctions and reverse auctions, m-commerce, and enterprise social networks and Web 2.0 tools are six ways.
