A medical surgical nurse has been trained to work in the ICU unit. The nurse has been working in ICU for the past 2 years.

The manager informs the nurse they he be transferred back to the medical-surgical unit. Over the past few weeks the manager has pulled this nurse to work in the ICU unit.
