A medical intensive care unit has a registered nurse position.
 
  The qualifications for the position require: minimum of one year medical-surgical nursing experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and the ability to administer intravenous cardiac drips. The human resources assistant brings the manager a registered nurses application. The manager does not call the candidate for an interview because the candidate: 1. Has 6 months medical-surgical experience.
  2. Does not have ACLS certification.
  3. Does not have experience with cardiac drips.
  4. Has excellent decision-making skills.
