1) Cardiorespiratory fitness: the ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to process and transport oxygen required by muscle cells so they can meet the demands of prolonged physical activity.

2) Muscle fitness: muscle strength and endurance.

Muscle strength: the ability of skeletal muscle to engage in work and relates to the force that a muscle can exert.

Muscle endurance: the ability of muscles to function over time and is supported by the respiratory and circulatory systems.

3) Flexibility: the ability of joints to move freely through a full range of motion.

4) Body composition: makeup of the body in terms of fat tissue in relation to lean body tissue.
