2. Work through the pain of grief.
3. Adjust to an environment in which the deceased is not present.
4. Emotionally relocate the deceased and move on with life.

2. She will increase her muscle mass with regular strength training.
3. She will strengthen her bones and reduce her risk of osteoporosis.
