Answer: The answer should include five of the following and any reasonable suggestions of how to overcome the obstacle.
 Lack of time
 Children/family restrictions
 Lack of know-how
 Not fond of the gym
 Embarrassed about appearance
 Lack of suitable area for exercise
 Lack of money for equipment
