Answer to Question 1

D
During an advanced stage of BPD the neonate may develop cor pulmonale (right heart failure). This will be identified on the chest radiograph as an enlarged heart.

Answer to Question 2

A
A repetitive nerve stimulation (RNS) is the most frequently used electrodiagnostic test performed to confirm the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis. It would show abnormal muscle weakness with repeated stimulation.
