Answer to Question 1

This condition is torticollis, also called wry-neck. It is usually due to a deep-seated Pasteurella infection but could also be due to a heavy infestation of ear mites or another bacterial infection.

Answer to Question 2

The rabbit has malocclusion and the incisor teeth do not meet correctly, preventing them from being worn down normally.
