Answer to Question 1

C
As with most CAM therapies, SAMe has been studied only in small research projects. Tentative findings demonstrate that SAMe is more effective than placebo and as effective as tricyclic antidepressants. The usual oral dose is 200 to 800 mg bid, with most studies examining the use of 1600 mg daily. The high cost of SAMe for a month's supply is a considerable disadvantage of its use.

Answer to Question 2

B
Accountability is best demonstrated by taking responsibility for one's own actions.

It is tightly attached to the skin below it, so it compensates for the increased area by wrinkling. This happens to the hands and feet because they have the thickest layer of dead keratin cells.
