A client in an inpatient psychiatric unit becomes enraged and reports to a nurse that another client has taken one of the client's personal items. What is the most appropriate response by the nurse?
 
  A) I'll figure out who did this and I'll talk to them.
  B) You shouldn't make such a big deal out of little things.
