Differ: Infectious forest diseases are usually caused by parasitesliving organisms that attach to, feed from, or
enter the bodies of trees. Noninfectious diseases are generally caused by environmental problems such as acid
rain, ice, drought, or flooding.
 Alike: They both cause the affected tree to be less healthy or even die.
