A man takes a dose of sildenafil with grapefruit juice. What is the most likely adverse reaction?

  2. Hypertensive episode

An adult male has taken medication for the management of hypertension for 3 years. He says to a nurse, I'm not going to take these drugs anymore because they're interfering with my sex life. Select the nurse's best response.
