Amikacin is the least susceptible to inactivation by bacterial enzymes. Amikacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic. All aminoglycosides are ototoxic and nephrotoxic.

Anth-rax is not spread from person to person. Pneumonic plague is spread from person to person. Tu-laremia would be spread by terrorists as an aerosol.
