Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
For hypertension, Lasix is commonly given as 40 mg PO twice daily and gradually increased if necessary.

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
Patients tend to feel better when taking corticosteroids, although the basic disease process may be unchanged. The corticosteroid will not allow the tumor to be more susceptible to treatment. The corticosteroid will not prevent meningitis.
