Fidaxomicin is indicated only for treatment of C. difficileassociated diarrhea. The other macrolides are not used for this purpose.

Selegiline is safe for patients with glaucoma and emphysema. Benztropine is contraindicated in patients with glaucoma and emphysema. Dopamine precursors, such as carbidopa/levodopa, are contraindicated in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma and cautioned in patients with emphysema.
