  1. Epoetin alfa (Epogen)
  2. Ferrous sulfate
  3. Vitamin B12
  4. Hydroxyurea

The dosage of Vitamin B12 to initially treat pernicious anemia is:
 
  1. Nasal cyanocobalamin 1 gram spray in each nostril daily x 1 week then weekly x 1 month
  2. Vitamin B12 IM monthly
