  A. At the beginning of your effort it is common to discover as many needs through your actions as through you planning; still you should be aware that there are eight categories of things you may need.

  C. The primary purpose of record keeping is to demonstrate to funding sources that you are using funds in accordance with your agreement or contract.
  D. Some tax-exempt organizations (only those with income of over 25,000) need to file a 990 report, which is a confidential document between your organization and the IRS.
