Other foods include: sauerkraut, yogurt, pickles, pickled herring, corn beef, cottage cheese, wine, and silage for cattle

Answer to Question 2

Nutrients become more concentrated in the dried product; for example, the sugar is concentrated in fruits and they taste sweeter. The mineral content is concentrated. Some of the vitamin and other nutrients may destroyed by drying.
